As a Treasury Management & Online Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency, developing procedures, and providing exceptional customer support to internal partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Consumer and Business Online Banking platform, Treasury products, and various operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently execute operational tasks related to Consumer and Business Online Banking and Treasury products
  • Develop and document procedures to ensure operational efficiency and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Provide exceptional customer support to internal partners, addressing escalated inquiries and issues promptly
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive procedural documentation
  • Support the operations of various Treasury products, including cash management, special depository services, payments, and collections
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established guidelines and internal controls
  • Monitor transaction activities to detect and prevent fraudulent or duplicated payment activity
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues affecting the online banking platform
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, making recommendations to management

About You:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Banking experience in branch and/or back room operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to track multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication, client service, and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
