Areas We Are Hiring For We welcome professionals with experience in areas such as: Software Engineering Backend, Frontend and Full-Stack Development Data Engineering and Data Analytics Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Cloud Engineering and Architecture DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering and Platform Engineering Infrastructure, Systems and Network Engineering Cybersecurity and Information Security Application and Cloud Security ERP, CRM and Enterprise Platforms Solutions Architecture and Technical Consulting Technical Project, Program and Product Management What You May Do Responsibilities will depend on the specific opportunity, but may include: Design, build, maintain and improve secure, scalable technology solutions. Work with distributed engineering, product, cloud, infrastructure and security teams. Support the modernization of applications, platforms and enterprise systems. Identify and resolve complex technical, operational or security-related issues. Implement engineering, cybersecurity and compliance best practices. Contribute to architecture, automation, documentation and process improvements. Communicate with North American clients and global stakeholders. Participate in technical discussions, project planning and delivery activities. What You Bring Requirements will vary depending on the specific role. In general, we are interested in professionals who bring: Professional experience in engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, data or another technology discipline. Strong technical knowledge within their area of specialization. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills for client-facing or international environments. Experience collaborating with distributed or cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication. The ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment. An interest in contract, consulting, project-based or long-term opportunities with international clients. Nice If You Have Depending on the opportunity, the following qualifications may be valuable: Previous experience working with U.S. or international clients. Experience within consulting, SaaS, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare or other enterprise environments. Cloud, security, networking, engineering or platform certifications. Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments. Client-facing, consulting or technical leadership experience. Professional proficiency in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
