The Role
As a Customer Care Professional with careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, making positive interactions with our customers every day. Whether you're helping them organize a unique travel experience or assisting with their everyday needs, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing coaching. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and leaders, understanding their needs and suggesting the right careerzynith products
- Conveying high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate proper product features, benefits, and components of careerzynith Small Business Services
- Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Providing exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
- Reporting important account information according to established policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly skilled and diverse individual with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication. If you have:
- Customer care experience (2+ years) with a proven track record of building customer loyalty
- Proven results in a customer care and sales environment (2+ years+)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the ability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
