Role Description This full-time remote Life Insurance Broker role focuses on advising clients on life insurance options that meet their individual needs and financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, explaining policy features, preparing personalized insurance proposals, and assisting clients through the application and underwriting process. The broker will maintain regular communication with clients, respond to inquiries, manage policy changes, and ensure a high level of customer service and retention. The role also involves staying current on insurance products, regulatory requirements, and market trends, as well as collaborating with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance, with the ability to compare and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Retirement Planning to align insurance solutions with long-term financial goals.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and timely follow-up with clients.
  • Relevant licenses or certifications for life insurance brokerage (or eligibility and willingness to obtain them promptly).
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for managing client information and sales activities.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related advisory role is preferred.
