Position Summary: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Operations Partners, including performance management and development planning Own recruiting operations for assigned business areas, including scheduling, candidate communication, and sourcing support Ensure data integrity across ATS/CRM systems and drive accurate reporting and metrics tracking Improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience through SOPs and operational enhancements Serve as a trusted partner and escalation point while maintaining high service standards, confidentiality, and stakeholder relationships DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in related field – preferred 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations 1-3+ years of people leadership experience Experience supporting clinical or technical roles Physician Recruiting support experience highly preferred WHy Radiology Partners: Competitive Benefits package – Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from.
