Fitness World Canada is a health and fitness community dedicated to providing a welcoming space for everyone. As a Member Service Representative, you will ensure a positive member experience while engaging with the community to generate leads and club revenue.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a best-in-class fitness experience for members by demonstrating the high value low-cost model Fitness World offers
- Create a friendly, helpful and positive member experience for members, while performing various member management tasks
- Engage with the community, members and social media to source new leads, generate referrals, and generate club revenue
- Contribute to the Fitness World culture and reflect our core values: fun, passionate, inclusive and teamwork
