What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation
- Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs and translate them into actionable project requirements
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies
- Lead the implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows
- Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or above
