Mid/Senior Graphic & Motion Designer (Lebanon)

🎬 The Role As the Mid / Senior Graphic & Motion Designer, you will own the visual identity across every touchpoint: social media, digital marketing, offline assets, in-app surfaces, and seller-facing materials. Working directly with the CMO, you will translate strategy into visually compelling content that drives app downloads, buyer engagement, and brand recognition. This is a highly hands-on role where you will design, animate, edit, and ship creative work daily, while also helping set the creative direction and quality bar for a junior team member supporting on volume production and finishing work. 👤 The Responsibilities Lead the visual execution of core content pillars across social media platforms and in-app surfaces. Support seller acquisition, onboarding, and seller success by designing high-impact seller kits, onboarding assets, and educational materials. Design static assets for digital marketing, including performance ad creatives, app store visuals, email graphics, landing pages, and in-app banners. Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for feature announcements, category growth initiatives, campaign launches, and short-form video content. Edit and post-produce engaging video content captured from live streams, vendor shoots, and community building events. Elevate regional event presence by creating polished offline collateral, physical signage, and promotional event graphics. Collaborate closely with marketing and product departments to manage category KPIs, maintaining an organized brand asset library that aligns with business objectives. Quality-check creative output and brief junior team members to maintain a premium visual standard at high volume. 🎓 The Skills & Competencies 4-7 years of experience in graphic design and motion design, ideally within a fast-paced digital marketplace, e-commerce platform, or startup environment. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first design, short-form video editing, and motion graphics. Ability to create bilingual content in both Arabic and English with a strong typographic sensibility in both languages. Deep understanding of social media formats, specifications, and best practices alongside experience producing assets for performance marketing. Self-starter mindset with the ability to independently manage deadlines and maintain quality at volume. ⭐ The Differentiators Proficiency in Figma is a strong plus. Experience working with live-stream, marketplace, or digital entertainment platforms. Basic 3D design skills using tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
