Key Responsibilities
- Design and create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into engaging visual narratives.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual mock-ups to illustrate design concepts.
- Ensure all motion graphic assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Stay current with industry trends, software, and best practices in motion graphics and animation.
- Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance overall visual strategy and execution.
- Optimize graphic assets for different platforms and technical specifications. Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (including expressions and plugins)
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation, etc.)
- Solid grasp of graphic design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Proven ability to conceptualize and storyboard creative ideas
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
