As an Office Administrator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our team members, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and assisting with various tasks and projects as needed. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to team members, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars. - Greet visitors and assist with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members. - Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as needed. - Organize and maintain files and records, both electronically and in hard copy. - Prepare and process documents, such as memos, letters, and reports. - Assist with special projects and events, including researching and compiling information, creating presentations, and coordinating logistics. - Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information. - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. - Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
