Position: Office Administrator. Job in Worthington Lily Lifestyle Jobs Home Office Administrator Wilcox Communities seeks to hire a full‑time, in‑office Home Office Administrator to join our Central Ohio team. This is an on‑site position based at our Worthington, Ohio headquarters—remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. The role provides high‑level administrative support to the Executive team, manages day‑to‑day Home Office operations, coordinates third‑party service providers, and supports the successful closing of business transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Administrative Support:

Serve as a trusted partner to the Executive team by managing complex calendars and meeting agendas, coordinating and preparing materials for executive meetings, assisting with the planning of special events, providing clerical support, managing digital and paper files, overseeing project and task management, preparing presentations, and conducting market research; support the coordination and administrative logistics of business deal closings, ensuring documents are organized, executed, and filed accurately and on time.

  • Technology & Systems Administration:

Manage and administer online accounts and platforms, serve as the primary liaison with third‑party IT and phone system providers, coordinate technical support requests, and assist with the onboarding of new associates; proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes through digital tools, software, and automation.

  • Home Office Management:

Manage the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Home Office, including incoming inquiries, message responses to vendors and customers, phone answering, mail routing and processing, document preparation, visitor management, office supply inventory; manage third‑party service relationships, coordinate service requests, track invoices, resolve issues; oversee office maintenance such as cleaning and repairs, and manage all office systems including copy machines, communication platforms, and other technology. Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience:

Two (2) years of administrative experience in a fast‑paced professional environment; experience assisting an Executive or Executive team; experience with systems administration and management is preferred; event planning and coordination preferred.

  • Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office and basic PC skills; comfort with and enthusiasm for adopting new technology platforms and digital tools.

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

  • Other:

Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some travel may be required); must pass a criminal background check.

  • Personal attributes:

Responsible, accountable, self‑motivated, results‑driven, strong problem‑solving ability and vigilance to identify things that need done; collaborative, customer‑service oriented.
