Online Admissions Representative- Remote/Kentucky Campus

General Summary: An Admissions Representative’s duties include assisting prospective students with receiving accurate information about the College in accordance with established procedures and plans. The following outline is a breakdown of the various components of this position, however, the job description will include any other duties assigned that necessary to ensure the successful implementation of the Campus Effectiveness Plan (CEP). Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contact all assigned inquiries.
  • Set appointments for meetings with prospective students.
  • Conduct meetings and tours for prospective students.
  • Provide prospective students with accurate information about their program of interest, Programmatic Disclosure Forms, answer questions, and provide guidance about the proper course of study.
  • Maintain contact and keep up-to-date information with current prospects, old prospects, and "no-shows”.
  • Maintain flexible day, evening, and weekend hours as given by the supervisor.
  • Assist prospective students with completing their enrollment paperwork required by the College.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of activity in Campus Vue / Talisma.
  • Mandatory attendance and completion of the training sessions.
  • Mandatory attendance at meetings.
  • Promote a professional, congenial, and cooperative work environment that is respectful of individuals and departments.
  • Awareness of Community events that may impact enrollments. These should be communicated immediately to the Director of Admissions and Campus Director.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience A minimum of an Associate’s Degree is preferred. However, each person will be evaluated on an individual basis. Credentials and experience commensurate with the duties and responsibilities listed above may also be accepted.
