Online Special Education Teacher – Fully Virtual
Job Description:
- Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths, needs, and goals.
- Deliver engaging virtual instruction and support, utilizing innovative online tools and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and accessibility needs.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, therapists, and other educators to ensure a holistic and individualized approach to student success.
- Monitor student progress, track IEP goals, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
- Utilize online assessment tools and reporting systems to document progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Valid Special Education teaching license/certification in the state of Colorado.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Expertise in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs).
- At least 2 years experience teaching in a school setting (preferred).
- At least 1 year of online teaching experience (preferred).
