Oregon Licensed Commercial Loan Processor
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Oregon Licensed Commercial Loan Processor will support the day-to-day operations of a remote commercial loan servicing team by ensuring accuracy in loan transactions, maintaining financial records, and performing account reconciliations. Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter, review, and maintain commercial loan and escrow information within internal systems
- Process various loan servicing transactions, including payment applications and account adjustments, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Perform daily cash and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in finance, business, real estate, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three to four years of experience in loan servicing or financial operations in a detail-intensive environment
- Strong understanding of account balancing and cash reconciliation practices
- Demonstrated ability to process transactions accurately while managing competing priorities
- Proficiency with business systems and standard office software, with a quick learning ability for new applications
