Window Nation is growing fast and is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their high-energy team. The role focuses on in-home sales for residential window replacement, requiring candidates to conduct sales presentations and manage the sales process while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations for window replacement and home improvement solutions
- Build trust with homeowners across Detroit and surrounding metro areas
- Recommend customized solutions based on customer needs and budgets
- Manage the full sales process from presentation to close and follow-up
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Travel to customer homes (may require driving up to 80+ miles one way)
- Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps
- Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments to match homeowner availability
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability and willingness to obtain or maintain a Michigan Residential Salesperson License within 90 days of start, if not already actively licensed
- 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales
- Comfortable using iPad-based applications
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
- Proven ability to exceed performance targets

- $2,500 paid after 3 months of continuous employment
