Part-time A-TAP position in the Cancer Unit at the Institute of Molecular Medicine, University of Southern Denmark, Odense

At the Cancer Unit, Institute of Molecular Medicine at the University of Southern Denmark, a 5-year position as part-time (22,5 hours/week) A-TAP is available from August 1st, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. The position is affiliated with Associate Professor Tiago Medina in a recently established research group focused on cancer immunology. His group applies a range of multidisciplinary approaches with the aim at investigating the biological and clinical relevance of tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) across solid tumors. The position involves the establishment of state-of-the-art methods, including single cell RNA/TCR/BCR-Seq and spatial transcriptomics, as well as methods that are routinelly applied in cancer immunology, such as multiparametric/spectral flow cytometry and imaging. About you We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in the analyses of multiomics approaches, including single cell RNA/TCR/BCR-Seq, spatial transcriptomics and proteomics. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in computational biology and immunology, with proven experience in the field of TLS. This position can be performed remotely if needed. We expect that the selected candidate has strong collaboration skills, is independent and responsible, and has a professional interest in the field. Key responsibilities Perform and support computational analyses (scRNA-seq, scTCR/BCR-seq, spatial transcriptomics, bulk RNA-seq). Contribute to the development, operation, and quality assurance of analysis pipelines. Provide technical and scientific support to users of the research infrastructure. Coordinate and support collaborative research projects within tumor immunology and CAR-T cell research. Contribute to data management, documentation, and reproducibility.
