Part-time to start (with potential to go full-time) Time Zone: CST (Central Standard Time) Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling Expert: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products or services and sparking interest to book meetings. Lead Hunter: Find your own leads using research, databases, and scraping tools—you're not waiting for leads to be handed to you. Tool-Savvy: Utilize lead generation tools and scraping platforms to locate contact info and build quality lists. Appointment Scheduler: Book meetings between prospects and our sales team, keeping schedules organized and optimized. Follow-Up Pro: Maintain consistent contact through calls, emails, or messages to keep leads engaged and moving forward. CRM Manager: Log all activity, updates, and appointments accurately in our CRM to ensure smooth coordination and transparency. Script Adapter: Use scripts as a base, but know how to read the room and adapt for natural, impactful conversations. Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to prep them with the details they need to succeed in every call.
