Position Overview

As a Part‑Time Virtual Customer Representative, you will be the voice of careerzynith, delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient assistance to our customers. You’ll handle inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide users through everyday tasks such as changing SIM cards, downloading apps, and managing contacts. Your success will be measured by the quality of each interaction, your ability to meet performance metrics, and your commitment to creating a positive experience for every caller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring each call ends with a satisfied, informed, and delighted user.
  • Technology Troubleshooter: Provide step‑by‑step guidance on device setup, billing inquiries, app installations, and other common mobile‑phone challenges.
  • Call Management: Maintain an average of 4+ calls per hour, accurately documenting each interaction in careerzynith’s CRM system.
  • Self‑Motivation & Organization: Operate independently from a quiet, distraction‑free home office, adhering to scheduled shifts and break times.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience; remote experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer proficiency – comfortable with typing, navigating web browsers, and using standard office software.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet: at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload (wired connection required; satellite, Wi‑Fi, or cellular data not acceptable).
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace within a residential setting, free from background noise and interruptions.
  • Residency within a 50‑mile radius of careerzynith’s Louisville contact center to enable occasional in‑person collaboration and support.
