Key Responsibilities: Manage email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-from-home arrangements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.
