Payroll & Bookkeeping Expert | $34/hr Remote
Position: QBO & Omni Expert Type: Contractor / Hourly Compensation: $45/hr Location: Remote (US only) Commitment: 8 weeks, 40 hours/week with minimum 4 hours overlap with PST Role Responsibilities
- Provide omnichannel chat support to SMB (small and medium-sized business) owners.
- Answer general help questions and complex, data-heavy accounting queries.
- Support bookkeeping and financial guidance using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate and actionable responses.
- Complete PPT-based or structured tasks as assigned.
- Maintain high standards of data privacy, compliance, and client confidentiality
Requirements
- Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
- Ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions.
- Experience working with SMB clients is preferred.
- Ability to commit 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours PST overlap.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience as an SMB business owner with hands-on accounting knowledge.
- Previous engagement as an expert in finance/accounting domain.
- Comfortable managing high-volume, data-heavy queries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
