- Mon–Thu 1200 PM – 1000 PM
- Fri 1000 AM – 600 PM
- Sat–Sun 700 AM – 600 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
- You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
- You’ll reputed company your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls. You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set.
