Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data analysts to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct user research and gather customer insights to inform design decisions and validate product concepts. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Develop and maintain design guidelines and patterns to ensure consistency and coherence across all products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Advocate for user-centered design principles and drive a customer-centric mindset within the organization. Work closely with the product team to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
