The PRN Nurse is a growth role to serve patients on our census. This position could work during the day throughout the week or cover on-call nights and weekends occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care coordination and support to hospice patients and their families.
- Assess patient needs, reputed company individualized care plans, coordinate care services, and provide emotional support throughout the end-of-life reputed company Assessment and Care Planning

- Documentation and Compliance Requirements
- RN licensure for the state of Indiana
