Profile Requirements: Up to 2 Years Experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills (neutral accent) Comfortable handling tenant interactions professionally and efficiently Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, or similar) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to work independently in a remote environment High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Core responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound tenant communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms Assist with leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, pre-screening tenants, and scheduling showings Manage maintenance requests by coordinating with vendors, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution Follow up with tenants and vendors to ensure issues are resolved and service quality is maintained Assist with rent collection processes, sending reminders, and tracking payments Update and maintain property management systems, CRM, and tenant records Prepare and organize lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation Track lease expirations and assist with renewal outreach Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including scheduling inspections and ensuring proper documentation Maintain accurate records of property expenses, invoices, and vendor payments Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and reporting as needed Monitor property listings and assist with updates across platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.) Help manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the property management team Support compliance by ensuring documentation and processes align with regulations Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc property-related tasks Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
