QA Manager, Studio Development Games

Our Studio Development Games team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic environment. As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire QA process, from planning and execution to reporting and analysis. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the highest level of quality for our original games. Manage and lead a team of QA testers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development. Collaborate with the development team to establish quality standards and guidelines to be followed throughout the game development process. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly test all aspects of our games, including functionality, performance, and compatibility. Perform regular and thorough quality checks throughout the game development cycle, identifying and reporting any issues or defects. Analyze and interpret test results, providing detailed reports to the development team and stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and producers, to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. Continuously monitor and improve the QA process, implementing new tools and techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices, and provide recommendations for improving the QA process.
