About the Role

We are seeking experienced Guidewire Quality Analysts to join the Adica team and support ongoing Guidewire platform initiatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for requirement analysis, test planning, test design, execution, defect management, and quality assurance activities across Guidewire ClaimCenter and BillingCenter environments. This role is ideal for QA professionals with strong Guidewire experience and a solid understanding of Personal Lines insurance processes. Candidates will work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Required Certifications Certification Level Guidewire Certified Associate (Preferred). Non-Certified candidates with strong Guidewire QA experience may also be considered Accepted Certification Versions Kufri, Las Leñas, Mammoth, Niseko, Olos

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Design, prepare, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities. Validate Guidewire ClaimCenter and BillingCenter functionality against business requirements. Execute test plans and document test results. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution. Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities. Ensure testing coverage across business processes, integrations, and system enhancements. Contribute to quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Support user acceptance testing and production validation activities as required. Required Skills & Experience For ClaimCenter Positions Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter. Strong knowledge of ClaimCenter workflows, claims processing, and business functionality. Experience performing functional, regression, and integration testing. Strong defect management and test execution experience. For BillingCenter Position Experience testing Guidewire BillingCenter implementations and enhancements. Understanding of billing, payments, invoicing, collections, and related insurance processes. Experience executing end-to-end testing across BillingCenter workflows. Common Requirements Strong Personal Lines insurance domain knowledge. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Ability to analyze requirements and develop detailed test scenarios. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter. Exposure to the Australian insurance market. Experience working on Guidewire Cloud implementations. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools. Experience supporting large-scale insurance transformation programs.
