Develop and implement product strategies and plans for regulated markets, in alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, sales, and finance to ensure products meet all regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices to ensure products are in compliance. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and make recommendations for product enhancements or discontinuations. Develop pricing strategies and monitor product profitability to drive revenue growth in regulated markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, to ensure a thorough understanding of market dynamics and potential impacts on products. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and training materials to effectively promote products in regulated markets. Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve products and meet customer needs. Lead and mentor a team of product management professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
