Position Overview – Remote Beauty Advisor (Chat & Voice)

As a Remote Beauty Advisor for careerzynith, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone, live chat, or email. You will guide shoppers through product selections, troubleshoot technical issues on our e‑commerce platform, and ensure every interaction reflects careerzynith’s commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven track record of reliable attendance and punctuality; 100 % attendance during training is required.

Because careerzynith’s remote operations rely on a stable, secure, and high‑performance technical environment, contractors must meet the following minimum specifications:

  • Computer: Windows 10 Professional (or later) on a dual‑core CPU (Intel i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 or better) with at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Storage: Minimum 40 GB free space (100 GB total recommended) for software installations and data logging.
  • Monitors: One or two monitors with a resolution of 1280 × 1024 (SXGA) or higher; Full HD (1920 × 1080) is preferred.
  • Internet: Hard‑wired Ethernet connection with at least 45 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; no more than three devices sharing the connection.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • 4 × 10 – Four‑day work week: Ten‑hour shifts, providing longer days with an extra day off.

All schedules are fixed; negotiation of shift times is not permitted. Overtime may be required during peak holiday seasons and promotional events. Compensation is set at $18 per hour with the opportunity to earn performance‑based bonuses.
