Remote 3D Artist
JustinBradley’s client, a multinational media and entertainment company, is seeking a 3D Artist. You’ll join a collaborative art team supporting marketing and user acquisition efforts, working closely with 3D and Technical Artists to create cinematic, performance-driven content. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across the full 3D pipeline, from asset creation through optimization, while also stepping in to support areas like VFX, animation, or technical art when needed. The team is focused on moving quickly, experimenting with new tools and workflows, and exploring emerging technologies including AI-assisted creative tools. Hybrid to either Burbank, CA or Boston, MA. Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with artists and cross-functional partners to create high-quality 3D assets for marketing and user acquisition campaigns
- Render 3D deliverables using tools such as Maya, Arnold, Blender, or similar software
- Support the full 3D pipeline including modeling, rigging, topology cleanup, and asset optimization
- Troubleshoot visual issues, perform asset cleanup, and maintain consistent naming conventions
- Assist with integrating assets into real-time environments such as Unity
- Help create visually engaging marketing assets, including support for interactive formats like HTML playables
- Provide support across VFX, animation, or technical art tasks as needed
- Explore and apply new tools, workflows, and emerging technologies including AI-assisted solutions
Must Have Skills / Requirements
- Experience with industry-standard 3D and digital content creation tools such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance, and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience working in Unity or similar game development environments
- Strong understanding of the 3D pipeline including rendering, rigging, and optimization
- Ability to take direction, problem solve effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your 3D work and technical capabilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with or interest in interactive ad formats including HTML playables
- Exposure to game development pipelines or experience working on a game team
- Familiarity with or interest in AI-assisted creative tools and workflows
- Experience supporting performance marketing or user acquisition creative
