[Remote] ABA Therapy Recruiter Remote

They are seeking an experienced ABA Recruiter to identify, engage, screen, and place qualified ABA professionals with growing therapy organizations.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified BCBAs, RBTs, and ABA professionals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ABA talent
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and recruiting databases
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and qualification assessments
- Understand candidate goals, compensation expectations, location preferences, and career needs
- Present qualified candidates to ABA companies
- Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate information inside CRM/recruiting systems
- Develop relationships with ABA professionals nationwide
Skills
- Previous recruiting experience in the ABA industry required
- Proven experience recruiting BCBAs and/or RBTs
- Strong understanding of ABA terminology, roles, and clinical hiring needs
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apollo, Loxo, Apploi, or similar recruiting platforms
- Experience working with ABA therapy companies, clinics, or healthcare staffing
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
