[Remote] Account Supervisor, Healthcare Communications
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Green Room Communications is a women-owned agency specializing in healthcare communications. They are seeking an Account Supervisor to manage day-to-day account work for healthcare and pharma clients, utilizing AI-powered tools and analytics to provide insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials with guidance from Green Room partners and PR Managers, including key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios and press releases
- Providing on-site support to clients when needed and interacts with the client frequently
- Delivering an excellent level of client service by articulating client needs to senior managers, updating on project status and priorities and ensuring seamless workflow and communication among all team members
- Implementing plans, provide thoughtful analysis, create and deliver updates and progress reports, as well as provide support as needed around development of PR plans outlining objectives, strategies and tactics
Skills
- 5-6+ years of agency experience a must; training in communications, media or PR necessary
- Experience in healthcare and FDA regulatory communications is crucial
- Experience with external meetings and events representing the agency and client (medical conferences, third party events, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
- A high level of initiative and leadership
- Solution-oriented problem-solving approach to challenges
- Solid work ethic with ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent grammar and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
- Attention to detail and dedication to quality
- Appreciation and understanding of the boutique-agency, hybrid model of Green Room PR, including superior client service 24/7 during and outside of regular office hours, as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
