Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze business documents, standard operating procedures, reports, and workflows to extract key information
  • Create clear, structured questions and insights based on the analyzed material
  • Perform basic analytical and reasoning tasks to identify inconsistencies or gaps in operational content
  • Deliver high-quality written work in English while maintaining attention to detail
  • Utilize spreadsheets, document tools, and digital office platforms effectively to manage tasks

Skills

  • Have professional experience in at least one of the specified business domains such as operations, finance, or customer support
  • Possess strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Have experience with office tools, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Be able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
