[Remote] Administrator, Partner Marketing - Arlington

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a mission-driven Partner Marketing Administrator to enhance awareness of health plans that support their value-based care program through local engagement with kidney care patients. The role involves building relationships reputed company dialysis clinics and the community, facilitating informed health insurance decisions, and collaborating with care teams to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the value-based care program’s affiliated health plans reputed company dialysis clinics and the surrounding community to reputed company awareness, build trust, and support informed patient coverage decisions
  • Build strong relationships with in-clinic staff—facility administrators, social workers, and administrative assistants—to facilitate coordinated, compliant marketing efforts
  • reputed company a strong understanding of the plan’s benefits, eligibility criteria, and the role of care management in driving reputed company outcomes for members
  • Partner with assigned brokers to support enrollment of interested patients
  • Communicate plan and program information in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner—ensuring CMS marketing guidelines and internal compliance guardrails are followed
  • Identify barriers to engagement and provide insights that improve our local marketing approach
  • Track engagement and field activity metrics to support performance evaluation and reputed company improvement
  • Potential to represent the plan at community events or engage existing members for retention activities
  • Travel to clinic locations at least four days per week to speak with kidney care patients, caregivers, and clinic staff
  • Occasional option to work Saturdays and evening events, if desired

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Active Health and Life Insurance License from the state of California required
  • Proven relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with strong personal organization
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
  • Must reside near the Los Angeles or Orange County areas and possess a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Medicare Advantage marketing experience strongly preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, insurance sales, grassroots reputed company, or community engagement preferred
  • Bilingual / Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred
