[Remote] Affiliate Growth Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Utopia Brands is looking for an experienced Affiliate Growth Manager to lead and scale their TikTok Shop Affiliate Program. The role involves developing growth strategies, managing affiliate partnerships, and driving revenue through creator-led initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute TikTok Shop affiliate growth strategy
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators and influencer partnerships
- Build scalable creator acquisition and retention programs
- Manage affiliate campaigns, commission structures, creator briefs, and product seeding
- Lead TikTok Live commerce initiatives to maximize conversion and sales
- Build and manage creator communities through Discord and other engagement platforms
- Monitor market trends and benchmark leading TikTok Shop brands to identify new growth opportunities
Skills
- Experienced in managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs and creator partnerships
- Experience working with leading TikTok Shop brands, top marketplace sellers, creator agencies, or high-growth DTC brands
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume TikTok Shop affiliate programs, ideally supporting $500K+ to $5M+ in monthly GMV
- Experience managing 500 to 5,000+ active affiliate creators at scale
- Proven track record of growing TikTok Shop revenue through affiliate and creator-led growth strategies
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate operations, Live Shopping, and creator ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with Outreach and Research tools
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to use data to drive growth decisions
