[Remote] Affiliate Marketing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ashley Digital is the e-commerce engine behind Ashley Furniture Industries, seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build and optimize their affiliate program. This role involves managing affiliate partnerships, driving revenue through performance-based strategies, and leveraging data analytics to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day to day management of the affiliate program across all channels and platforms
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding and developing relationships with with high-quality affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate activity, enforce compliance, and maintain the integrity of the program
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics
- Use data insights to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network and grow program revenue
- Manage affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third-party networks
- Ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and compliant with guidelines
- Support affiliates with resources, training, and best practices to maximize their performance
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, decision-ready insights
