[Remote] AI Automation/MS365 Integration Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. F2Onsite is seeking a short-term AI Automation & Microsoft 365 Integration Engineer to design and implement an automated workflow for Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts. The role involves configuring Microsoft 365 permissions and integrating cloud collaboration platforms to enhance knowledge management.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an automated workflow to detect and process Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts
- Configure Microsoft 365 permissions and integrations to securely move transcript files from OneDrive or Exchange to SharePoint
- Build and configure a lightweight automation or AI agent using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, or similar technologies
- Integrate SharePoint with Glean to streamline transcript ingestion and knowledge management
- Troubleshoot authentication, permissions, and file access issues across the Microsoft 365 environment
- Document the solution architecture, workflow, and support procedures
- Provide knowledge transfer and implementation guidance upon project completion
Skills
- Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
- Microsoft Graph API
- Power Automate and/or Azure Logic Apps
- SharePoint permissions and document libraries
- Microsoft Teams administration
- Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication and permissions
- Experience building workflow automation or AI agents
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
