[Remote] AI Product Designer

They are seeking an AI Product Designer to own design across the Research Platform, focusing on tools that enhance product success through efficient research insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on research tools across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Partner closely with engineering, PM, and content design to drive design execution
- Navigate the intersection of research operations, AI, compliance, and user experience
- Collaborate with designers across Experimentation Platform, Metrics Platform, and AI for Data Analytics within the Decision Platform pillar
Skills
- 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, vibe coding, or similar AI-assisted workflows)
- Ability to independently take a problem from ambiguity to a clear, well-reasoned design solution — not just visual execution
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Claude code skills and AI knowledge
- Experience with Vibe coding
- Proven ability to work efficiently as part of a team and problem solve independently
- Experience designing for data platforms, research tools, analytics tools, or compliance workflows
- Figma proficiency
- Systems thinking — ability to identify patterns and design coherent workflows across a complex platform
- Comfort with rapidly evolving requirements and priorities
