[Remote] AI Transformation Engineer (AI Solutions / Automation)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intelliswift, an LTTS Company, is seeking an AI Transformation Engineer to design and build AI-powered tools and automation workflows. This role focuses on developing production-grade solutions to improve operational efficiency and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and address inefficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and automated workflows
- Develop scalable applications using Python, SQL, and modern web frameworks
- Build LLM-powered and agentic workflows to automate business processes
- Create internal tools that improve efficiency, eliminate manual tasks, and enhance decision-making
- Develop interactive dashboards with real-time visibility into timelines, dependencies, and operational metrics
- Design data models, ETL pipelines, and integrations to support multi-functional use cases
- Build user-friendly systems for teams to input and manage structured data
- Partner with program managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate operational challenges into technical solutions
- Communicate progress, demo solutions, and iterate based on feedback
- Identify opportunities for automation across engineering, compliance, and program functions
- Build intelligent systems that integrate with enterprise tools and workflows
- Document solutions and enable long-term maintainability
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical program management (hands-on coding)
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience building production-grade applications (not just prototypes)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLMs, or automation frameworks in real-world deployments
- Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, or web applications
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and system integrations
- Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience building AI-powered automation systems or agent-based workflows
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and productivity tools APIs (Docs, Sheets, workflow automation tools, etc.)
- Experience in hardware, compliance, supply chain, or product development environments
- Background in internal tool development or enterprise platforms
- Portfolio or examples of AI tools / applications built and deployed
