Position Summary: As a Remote Appointment Setter at Fresh Start, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers seeking our services. You will handle inbound calls, and make outbound calls providing information, addressing customer questions, and setting appointments for our skilled Estimators. Effective communication, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to learn quickly are essential to excel in this role. Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. Key Responsibilities: ? Answering inbound calls and setting appointments for our sales team. ? Cold Calling leads in our CRM to source and set new appointments. ? Educating potential customers about our painting and staining services. ? Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar to optimize estimator schedules. ? Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointments using our CRM system. ? Following up with potential customers to secure appointments and convert leads into bookings. ? Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and promote our services effectively. ? Staying up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Qualifications: ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, engaging personality. ? Quick learner with the ability to grasp and convey technical information about services. ? Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required. ? Proficiency in using CRM software and scheduling tools. ? Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Benefits: ?
