[Remote] Associate Director Clinical Scientist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avetix Bio is a well-funded, clinical-stage biotechnology company developing first-in-class therapeutics in regenerative medicine. They are seeking an Associate Director Clinical Scientist to play a key role in the design, execution, and oversight of clinical trials, collaborating closely with various teams and supporting the delivery of clinical studies.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution and delivery of Phase I/II clinical studies
- Contribute to clinical development strategies and study protocols
- Collaborate closely with the CMO, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Biometrics teams
- Review and interpret clinical data to support decision making
- Prepare clinical study documents including protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports and safety narratives
- Participate in interactions with CROs, investigators and key external partners
- Support medical monitoring activities where appropriate
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and responses to health authorities
- Present clinical updates internally and externally as required
Skills
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD) in a life sciences discipline
- Previous experience as a Clinical Scientist within biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience supporting early-phase clinical development (Phase I and/or Phase II)
- Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines and clinical trial methodology
- Excellent scientific communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth biotech environment
