[Remote] Associate Sales Manager, Industrial Water Treatment (Riegelwood/Wilmington NC)

Solenis is a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions, offering a wide range of products for water treatment and operational efficiency. The Associate Sales Manager will lead the local team in North Carolina, implementing treatment programs, conducting service visits, and identifying growth opportunities with customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs
- Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required
- Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action, ensures the sales account manager is kept informed
- Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required
- Ensures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility
- Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs
- Report safety metrics to customer
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree; or 5+ years relevant industrial experience
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- 5 years of experience in a Pulp & Paper/Water facility
- Within a commutable distance to Riegelwood, NC
