[Remote] Associate Talent Coordinator (Influencer Marketing)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FamFluence Talent Management is a premier creator management agency representing top-performing family and entertainment influencers. They are seeking an Associate Talent Coordinator to track, organize, and execute brand partnerships for influencers, working closely with Talent Managers and brand partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales//Talent Management teams in executing brand campaigns for our roster
- Collaborate directly with creators on concepts, timelines, and deliverables
- Work closely with brand partners to ensure deadlines, guidelines, and expectations are met
- Maintain clear organization of all campaign materials within internal systems and follow established processes for efficient execution
- Ensure all deliverables move through the pipeline on time (content reviews, approvals, scheduling, etc.)
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the team as needed
Skills
- Passionate about the influencer and creator economy
- Exceptionally organized with strong time-management skills
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys checking tasks off your to-do list
- Resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Deeply engaged in social media, creator trends, and digital storytelling
- Able to work Eastern or Central time zones
