[Remote] Athlete Recruiter (Sales & Consulting)

Responsibilities
- Connect with student-athletes, parents, coaches, clubs, academies, and sports organizations
- Build relationships with families exploring college or university recruiting support
- Learn about each athlete’s athletic, academic, and personal goals
- Clearly communicate how AllRecruit supports athletes and families
- Help identify athletes who may be a strong fit for AllRecruit
- Guide qualified prospects through the next steps with our team
- Maintain consistent follow-up and manage conversations professionally
- Collaborate with AllRecruit’s leadership and placement teams
- Represent AllRecruit with energy, honesty, and professionalism

- Playing sports at the high school, college, academy, club, or professional level
- Existing relationships with athletes, parents, coaches, clubs, schools, academies, or sports organizations
- International athletic, academic, or recruiting experience
