[Remote] Banner Change management Consultant

Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking a Banner Change Management Consultant to develop and execute change management strategies for Ellucian Banner 9.x projects. The role involves creating communication plans, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for Ellucian Banner 9.x implementation and upgrade projects
- Create and deliver communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle
- Design and conduct end-user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions for Banner functional and technical teams
- Develop adoption plans to maximize user engagement and successful transition to new Banner processes and technologies
- Assess organizational readiness, identify change impacts, and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and university stakeholders to drive successful change initiatives
- Prepare change management deliverables including communication materials, training documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles
- Monitor user adoption, collect feedback, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives following deployment
- Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption activities to ensure long-term project success
