What you'll do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs (per NC requirements)
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming for meaningful outcomes
- Maintain timely, accurate, audit-ready documentation
- Partner with families on goals, training, and progress
What you bring:
- Active North Carolina LBA (required)
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism
