[Remote] BCBA Sales Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Action Behavior Centers is a company dedicated to providing ABA therapy for children with autism. They are seeking a Clinical Talent Advisor to manage the recruitment process and attract qualified clinical talent, ensuring the organization can continue to provide essential services to children in need.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire attraction process from identifying qualified talent to crafting the most competitive offer
- Provide thought partnership to shape and best match the needs of ABC and the talent in the market
- Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
- Identify and attract qualified clinical talent (ex. Behavior Analysts In Training)
- Analyze effectiveness of efforts through search progress reports, status updates, and market trend/feedback presentations to senior leadership
Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
- Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a talent leader
- Fun, go-getter personality that plays well with others and has the grit to get the job done
