Sales Concierge – Remote Alimond / Hasaliyah Productions | Northern Virginia & Houston, TX Commission Only | 1099 Independent Contractor THE COMPANY A fast-growing media studio with 15+ years in business and 7,500+ clients served across two markets — Northern Virginia and Houston, TX. We work with business owners and help them show up powerfully in their market. THE ROLE As a Sales Concierge, you'll be connecting with business owners, qualifying their fit, and booking them in for a free trial or appointment with our team. You work both inbound and outbound — and you own the full process from first contact to confirmed appointment. What you're selling is premium media services that help business owners grow their visibility and brand. THE LEADS
- Mix of company-provided leads and outreach you generate yourself
- Inbound inquiries across phone, email, text, and DMs
- Existing pipeline of contacts to work through
- All leads are US-based business owners
AVAILABILITY Flexible. This is a contractor role — you set your own hours. Most successful reps treat it like full-time and build their schedule around consistent daily outreach. PAY STRUCTURE 100% commission. No base salary. Realistic monthly earnings: $5,000 – $25,000+/month depending on performance. Commissions can recur monthly. Clients are placed on a 6-month minimum retainer, so every client you close keeps paying you — month after month. The longer you're here, the higher your income floor becomes before you even pick up the phone. KPIs AND EXPECTATIONS
- Consistent daily outbound outreach — calls, texts, DMs, email
- Book qualified appointments and trials for our team every week
- Follow up and reschedule your own no-shows
- Keep CRM updated and accurate at all times
- Hit weekly booking targets (discussed during onboarding)
TRAINING AND ONBOARDING Full onboarding and sales training provided. You won't be thrown in cold. We give you the systems, the scripts, and the support to ramp up fast. START DATE Within 1–2 weeks for the right person.
