[Remote] Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role focuses on maintaining and updating CMDB data, leveraging AI tools for data analysis, and ensuring data quality in IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CMDB data regularly
- Extract and analyze data using SQL
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Document processes and suggest improvements
Skills
- Exp: 9 to 12 years
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in IT operations, data management, or a related field
- CMDB : Hands-on experience with maintaining, updating, and managing CMDB data, including familiarity with data entry, validation, and reporting
- SQL: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting from relational databases
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights
- Familiarity with ITIL framework, especially configuration management processes
- Hands-on experience with CMDB tools (such as ServiceNow, or similar platforms)
- Previous roles involving database management, data analysis, or reporting
