[Remote] Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Accelerating B2B sales growth by developing strong partner relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Serving as a passionate representative for Intrepid Travel
- Using business development expertise to expand market share
- Deepening partner engagement
- Collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful business results
- Measuring success through clear KPIs, including sales growth, partner retention, engagement activity, and overall contribution to regional targets
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales roles, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs and sales targets
- Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships that drive measurable sales growth and market share
- 2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Excellent public speaking, presentation creation and execution, and communication skills, with confidence representing the brand externally
- Strong personal drive, commercial acumen, and motivation to deliver against defined sales and engagement metrics
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
