[Remote] Business Development Manager - Sunrise
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wormhole Labs builds Sunrise, a platform that helps token issuers launch and list their tokens on Solana. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive partnerships and adoption of the Sunrise platform while managing client relationships and aligning strategies with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with asset issuers, Solana ecosystem projects, and broad ecosystem participants to drive Sunrise adoption
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with blockchain protocols, crypto startups, DAOs, and enterprise clients, driving adoption and integration of our solutions and services
- Partner with product and engineering teams to support launches and align GTM strategies with client needs
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies
- Build, manage, and execute a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and successful deal closure
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver seamless client solutions and drive successful outcomes
Skills
- 4+ years in business development, sales, or strategy roles within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or SaaS industries
- Proven track record closing meaningful partnerships
- Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, protocols, DeFi, and cross-chain solutions
- Strong ability to derive actionable insights from data and apply them to drive strategy and decision-making
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- A self-starter who identifies opportunities, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proven ability to cultivate and nurture high-value partnerships
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating in a remote-first environment
- Experience working with blockchain foundations, DAOs, DeFi companies, and protocols
- Technical knowledge or hands-on experience with blockchain development tools
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Solscan, Etherscan, Dune Analytics, or similar tools
